Description
Gluten-free and dairy-free version.
Ingredients
- Artichoke hearts, chopped
- Fresh spinach
- Cashew cream or dairy-free cream cheese
- Nutritional yeast
- Garlic
- Lemon juice
- Salt, pepper
- Optional: dairy-free parmesan
Instructions
- Sauté spinach and garlic until wilted.
- Mix with chopped artichokes and cashew cream.
- Add nutritional yeast, lemon juice, seasonings.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes until bubbly.
- Serve with crackers or vegetables.
