Ingredients

  • Protein powder (chocolate)
  • Oats
  • Nut butter (peanut or almond)
  • Honey or maple syrup
  • Cocoa powder
  • Peppermint extract
  • Dark chocolate chips
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients until well combined.
  2. Press into pan lined with parchment.
  3. Refrigerate until firm, cut into bars.
  4. Store in fridge or freezer.
