- Protein powder (chocolate)
- Oats
- Nut butter (peanut or almond)
- Honey or maple syrup
- Cocoa powder
- Peppermint extract
- Dark chocolate chips
- Salt
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients until well combined.
- Press into pan lined with parchment.
- Refrigerate until firm, cut into bars.
- Store in fridge or freezer.
