Ingredients
- 20-25g freshly ground coffee (medium-fine grind)
- 350ml hot water (195-205°F)
Instructions
- Place filter in dripper, rinse with hot water.
- Add ground coffee, create small well in center.
- Pour 50ml water in circular motion, let bloom 30 seconds.
- Continue pouring in slow circles until reaching 350ml total.
- Total brew time: 2.5-3.5 minutes.
