Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Brussels sprouts (halved)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1-2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions

Roast Brussels sprouts with oil at 400°F for 20-25 min. Make glaze by simmering vinegar, honey, and garlic 3-5 min. Toss and serve.
