Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs Brussels sprouts (halved)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1-2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic
Instructions
Roast Brussels sprouts with oil at 400°F for 20-25 min. Make glaze by simmering vinegar, honey, and garlic 3-5 min. Toss and serve.
